Recruitment


    A team comprising of Ex Army/ Paramilitary and civilian personnel look after the initial screening and selection.

    After having been satisfied on the basic educational and physical standards of the incumbent, he is medically examined
        and then screened by The Head (Recruitment).

    Final appointment of personnel is approved only once the candidate s screened/interviewed by any one of the three
        directors of KSS.

    KSS has sufficient administrative staff and equipment involved in recruitment. The entire selection process goes through
        the following 3 phases.

    Initial screening/selection

  • The initial selection process consists of check and verification of education, physical standards, appearance and background of the candidates.
  • Aptitude Test

  • The aptitude test consists of various verbal and written tests to determine the candidate's ability to adapt security duties and his acumen for vigilance and his ability to withstand crisis management situations.
  • Verification Phase

  • A detailed verification of the candidate is carried out in two parts a verification check by the police department and other part by the KSS operating team.
  • During the recruitment process, we strictly adhere to the directives set by the PSARA Act wherein a security guard should be at least 9th pass in the education criteria and at least 5 feet 8 inches in height.
